Urban Premium announces the launch of its fourth SCPI Pinel, “Urban Vitalim 4”, and its sixth SCPI of land deficit, “Urban Pierre 6”. The first aims to develop real estate assets in the city centers of municipalities eligible for the Pinel system. This portfolio will notably consist of old buildings to be rehabilitated, office buildings to be converted into housing, buildings made up of housing undergoing conversion or improvement work, as well as new or off-plan buildings.
The SCPI Urban Vitalim 4 received visa n°22-06 from the AMF on June 3, 2022. It will carry out a capital increase open to the public of around €50 million (issue premium included) .
In addition, the SCPI Urban Pierre 6 aims to acquire “bourgeois” buildings, in the heart of the city, for residential use and shops at the foot of the building. It will carry out a capital increase open to the public of around €66 million (issue premium included).
