MGEN strengthens on the collective

The Paris headquarters of the MGEN in square Max Hymans.

According to our information, the MGEN welcomes Jean-Christophe Saunier, whose mission will be to strengthen the mutual on group insurance.

The reform of complementary social protection for civil servants will have a major impact on civil service mutuals. MGEN, a specialist in individual and optional insurance, will have to switch to a collective and compulsory insurance model.

It will be necessary to adapt the commercial strategy, the underwriting tools, the information systems and the management of the contracts. To support these profound transformations, MGEN has just recruited Jean-Christophe Saunier.

Holder of a master of science from Centrale Supélec and an MBA from ESSEC, Jean-Christophe Saunier has worked for the past 11 years as a consultant in transformation and corporate culture at Octen. Previously, he worked at Mutuelle Générale from 1997 to 2001 as director of operations. Jean-Christophe Saunier began his career in 1987 in consulting at SEMA Metra Conseil where he worked for two years, then at Orga Consultants for 8 years and then at Lefebvre Consultants for two years.

Furthermore, Jean-Christophe Saunier is the brother of Thomas Saunier, Managing Director of Malakoff Humanis.
