Crédit Agricole Immobilier recently delivered an office building located at 18-24 rue Garibaldi (Lyon 6e) Auxiliaire, a Lyon-based insurer specializing in building and public works, which has set up its new head office there.
Built in the 1980s, this building has been improved by restructuring, rehabilitation and elevation over nearly 4,200 m². Entrusted to the Archigroup architecture agency, the project includes flexible workspaces combining offices, services and reception areas, as well as 65 underground parking spaces and approximately 1,000 m² of balconies-loggias, accessible terraces and outdoor spaces. It is also in the process of obtaining the BBC Effinergie Rénovation label and has obtained the WiredScore label.
“We are particularly proud to have accompanied the Auxiliary on this project to move its headquarters, by installing it in a building located in the heart of Lyon, a few steps from its former headquarters and in a building whose design was entirely designed to meet its needs and ambitions,” says Thomas Péridier, director of tertiary development at Crédit Agricole Immobilier.
