The first batch of Contentsquare certified students.
Contentsquare, the leading Experience Analytics platform, and KEDGE Business School announce their partnership to give students the opportunity to learn on the Contentsquare platform. The first cohort of students from the Master of Science MSc Digital Marketing & Sales program was certified in March 2022 at the end of the training. The partnership will be deployed again with KEDGE’s MSc Digital Marketing & Sales in future editions. Contentsquare is one of the first French Tech unicorns to set up a partnership certifying mastery of its own platform, with the aim of providing students with one of the most sought-after skills certificates to enter the job market.
A first class certified in 2022
Convinced that learning by doing best prepares students for the challenges they will face as managers, Contentsquare and KEDGE organized the first training session as part of their recent partnership. The 54 students of the 2021/2022 class of the MSc Digital Marketing & Sales have thus obtained a certification program aimed at training them in the Contentsquare digital experience analysis platform as well as at discovering the challenges of companies in terms of of digital experience. The first promotion was certified at the end of March 2022 with the issuance of a 12-hour course module.
By establishing this collaboration, Contentsquare becomes the first unicorn of French Tech to establish a certifying partnership with a business school around its solution, offering students support from various professionals from its ecosystem. The program will be renewed next year within the MSc Digital Marketing & Sales, and eventually on other Masters of Science programs.
One ambition: student employability
Contentsquare certification is therefore based on practice, namely the discovery of an existing solution, relevant for companies in all sectors in France and internationally to improve the quality of the experience offered to users. To be satisfactory, the experience must combine technological performance, accessibility and alignment with the companies’ commitment to impact, CSR, etc.
By training the talents of tomorrow in these skills, Contentsquare and KEDGE are also fighting against the talent shortage that is rampant in Tech. This program thus contributes to strengthening the employability of certified students within private companies using digital solutions, consulting firms and Contentsquare teams.
Scope of the partnership
Resolutely focused on practice, the program resumed with an introduction and demonstration of the Contentsquare platform, followed by a certification stage. Once trained in the use of technology, the students took part in a workshop session to analyze and formalize the audit to be carried out. Contentsquare experts presented the use case of the Piaget brand, while the Chief Revenue Officer of the Homair brand came to share his expertise.
The third session, during which the participants presented the analyses, was punctuated by a closing ceremony in the presence of Anil Benard-Dende, Deputy Managing Director of KEDGE Business School, Nicolas Buttafoghi, Academic Director of the MSc Digital Marketing & Sales at KEDGE, Ziad Nakad, Senior VP Customer Success EMEA at Contentsquare, and Philippe Omer-Decugis, VP Sales Western Europe at Contentsquare.
